I have been given a quote of 1550 for a b16 swap. It includes the complete motor, trans, ecu, int shaft, axles, jdm harness(useless except for plugs) and the stock motor mounts(useless). This price also includes shipping to my door. What do you guys think?

I have a friend who runs a shop locally here in Tucson, AZ. All he does is hybrid swaps. He's ordered engines from several places trying to find the better sources. He has tried a few places who claim to include axles, etc. The axles all arrived 'chopped-off' with a torch when they extracted the engine. Basically you'll get a nice set of stubby's. I just ordered my b16/ecu/tranny for 1100 from sokeine industries, aka www.soko.com. It's arrives thursday.

Acutally almost 90% of the shops sell them for that price, but it's kinda iffy on the quality unless you pick the motor yourself.
If anyone wants i can pick you one out and ship it for you
Anyone know how to ship a motor??
Unless you ment who in Japan, that would be a guy anmed Chris somthing (from clubsi), he is stationed in Japan with the US military
